Products may be eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective or wrongly delivered at the time of delivery.

Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. Product Condition

Returned products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with invoice copy.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Opened, used or damaged products due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

7. Shipping Charges
